Built (from 3) and led a global group of 100+ creative leads, designers, UX, motion, production, presentation, and video, supporting dozens of Google products and brands across B2C, B2B, and internal audiences.
Partnered with strategy, account, and technology leads to concept, pitch, and scope new business engagements including building creative and UX teams working in-house at Google.
Directed the concept and production of engaging digital experiences that maintain brand integrity and local relevance across all owned and paid channels.
Led a multidisciplinary creative team embedded in-house at YouTube and whose primary function is to uplevel creative quality and brand consistency across all digital channels – in dozens of markets and languages. It has grown in scope and size, from 5 creatives to more than 50, in less than 5 years.
Built and led a retained team for Think with Google concepting and producing original video content that helped more than double their YouTube subscriber base.
Clients/brands include YouTube, Google Cloud, Think with Google, Google Play, Google Ads, Employer Brand, and Waze.
Hired as CD in 2015, promoted to GCD in 2017 and ECD in 2021.
