I’m a Bay Area-based creative lead with decades (gulp!) of digital agency experience and a background is in design, art direction, animation, and front-end development.

Since 2012 I’ve been working side by side with leaders of established global giants as well as founders of fast-growing organizations to build diverse multidisciplinary teams that can scale and sustain success.

A good friend and mentor always says, “good people are good business.” I strive to live by that and foster a work environment that's accountable and efficient without ever losing curiosity, compassion, and empathy.

The best ideas can fall flat if the execution is flawed. I believe it’s crucial to think big and sweat the details simultaneously, and this fuels my approach.
